Question: Do Patches count towards the name on the bag too?

Answer: Yes the patches are ANYTHING on the bag, they are letters and emojis.

 

Question: How long does the fanny pack extend?

Answer: The regular fanny extends to roughly 42" and the Large will extend to roughly 52".

 

Question: How big are the letters or emoji patches?

Answer: The letters are roughly 2.25" in height and vary in width. The emoji smiley for instance is roughly 1.75" in width. Others will vary as well.

 

Question: If i have upgraded shipping will it be made faster?

Answer: This really depends on what your getting, and our turn around time. BUT the selection of Priority mail or even Express mail is a mail carrier selection and does not always speed things up on OUR end.

 

Question: What is your return policy?

Answer: If an item is customized it is final sale. All other items must be unworn and in original condition to be returned for store credit.
