Order Information
All customized items are FINAL SALE. All other items must be unworn and in original condition to be returned for store credit. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $75.00. All other orders under $75.00 are $8.00 Ground Shipping. We offer 2-Day Shipping for $15.00 (This does not include processing time).
Orders are typically processed in 5-7 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.
Once you have submitted your order, we have limited ability to make modifications. Please contact as soon as possible at BKLYNLNDN@gmail.com with any requests.
Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number for your package.
If by chance a package is lost in transit we are happy to work with you to resolve the issue but we kindly ask that you must report your lost package to the carrier before reaching out to BKLYNLNDN@gmail.com.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Shop Pay. When you place an order on our website, we will charge your credit card once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped.
Please enter your promotional code in the box that says “Discount code” on the checkout page and hit the “Apply” button. Only one promotional code will be honored per order. All Sale Items are FINAL SALE.
